Overview of the company
Themis Medicare is a growing pharmaceutical brand with over 1000+ users actively using our platform. They have a strong presence in the Indian market and were looking for a reliable system to manage their field team better, track doctor engagement, and handle everyday reporting and operations more smoothly. That’s where their long-term journey with SANeForce began about five years ago and we’ve been supporting them ever since with regular upgrades and new tools.
The goal was to implement a solution that could handle routine reporting, track doctor interactions, and adapt to new business and medical requirements as the company evolved.
Day to day challenges faced
Initially, Themis field teams faced several challenges that made their daily work difficult. Many reps had trouble completing daily call reports (DCRs) on time, which affected how managers tracked performance. The check-in system during doctor visits was sometimes unreliable, and the mobile app would crash or hang, especially when storage space on tablets was low. Users also experienced slide download failures, making it harder to conduct smooth presentations for doctors.
On top of these technical challenges, Themis required frequent updates to order booking forms, CRM workflows, and other modules to match their changing business needs. Sometimes, these updates were delayed or needed further corrections. Additionally, changes in the admin team meant that some users were not familiar with the existing system, which caused temporary gaps in workflow. Despite these challenges, Themis valued the software’s capabilities and continued to engage with SANeForce to request new features and improvements.
Solutions That Streamlined Field Operations
SANeForce began by implementing STP and Expense Management modules, which helped Themis organize field territories efficiently and manage travel and expense claims automatically. As their requirements grew, we rolled out a web portal, a mobile app, and E-Detailing tools to enable medical reps to share interactive and engaging product presentations during doctor visits.
To make operations smoother, we built a custom order booking module and a CRM system to track doctor interactions and potential, helping managers focus on high-value targets. We also introduced daily and monthly reporting tools, allowing managers to monitor field activities in real-time and make informed decisions faster.
We addressed performance and technical issues by improving slide access, ensuring app stability, and implementing automated mail systems. Additional features like weekly sales entry, stockist-hospital mapping, and primary billing uploads were also integrated. Regular review meetings and continuous coordination with Themis ensured that our solutions aligned with their workflow and evolving business needs.

Technical issues like app crashes and slide errors have been largely eliminated.
