Themis Medicare is a growing pharmaceutical brand with over 1000+ users actively using our platform. They have a strong presence in the Indian market and were looking for a reliable system to manage their field team better, track doctor engagement, and handle everyday reporting and operations more smoothly. That’s where their long-term journey with SANeForce began about five years ago and we’ve been supporting them ever since with regular upgrades and new tools.

The check-in system during doctor visits was sometimes unreliable, and the mobile app would crash or hang, especially when storage space on tablets was low. Users also experienced slide download failures, making it harder to conduct smooth presentations for doctors.

On top of these technical challenges, Themis required frequent updates to order booking forms, CRM workflows, and other modules to match their changing business needs.
