They required a feature that could help them optimize the process of sample utilization.

Solution

Blue Cross Laboratories Pvt Ltd has been using our web application for quite a while. At SANeForce, we analysed their needs and implemented our sample balancing system. Through our Pharma software for distribution, the head office or manager uploads the details of samples provided to medical reps. Medical reps can then acknowledge receipt and record the number of samples received. They can track and analyse the distribution and remaining samples. The allocation of further samples is based on the remaining balance.

The Leave Management System streamlines the process of managing employee leave requests and approvals, enabling online submission of leave applications, tracking of leave balances, automation of compliance with company policies, and generation of reports for better workforce planning.

Enhanced Daily Activity Management

The web-based Daily Call Report (DCR) feature enhances how medical reps log and manage their daily activities, allowing them to efficiently record real-time interactions with healthcare professionals and accurately capture critical information, including visit outcomes and sample distributions. The MIS reports feature in our Salesforce automation software enables Blue Cross Laboratories Pvt Ltd. to generate detailed reports on various pharma sales metrics, access real-time insights, and customize reports and dashboards in an easily interpretable format.

New Implementation

Based on the requirements provided by the firm, SANeForce has scheduled the implementation of new feature in the usage list.
