Shalina Healthcare – A market-leading international pharmaceutical company. Manufacturing a wide range of pharmaceutical products and products in over-the-counter categories of therapeutic groups, including antimalarials, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, generic and branded generic products. Their mission is to provide pharmaceutical products that are in fundamental demand, within a framework of Quality, Affordability, and Availability.

Overview

SANeForce created a better customer experience by providing increased valuable touch points on the Closed Loop Marketing tool – SAN CLM to Shalina Healthcare as per their requirements.

By digitizing brand content and using e-detailing in face-to-face HCP engagements, Shalina Healthcare delivered more personalized, interactive presentations to engage HCPs and gather actionable data.

Objectives

Shalina Healthcare, wanted to use digital technology for both sales and medical delegates in a single platform which is more engaging, cost-efficient, and easier to manage. They found very much difficult to switch over applications for their delegates that was very difficult to manage, hard to track with limited impact and take actionable decisions.

Challenges

SANeForce is the best in understanding their unique business needs by responding with the right technical solution. Initially when Shalina healthcare approached us; they used two sales force automation applications seperately for sales and medical delegate separately. Therefore, To unify it SANeForce gave them the solution as required in a series of modules release.

Solution

In collaboration, SANeForce and Shalina developed an interactive solution on the SAN CLM platform. We made it possible of interpreting both the dashboards of the sales delegate and the medical delegates in a single application. And, unified the requirement as per their needs in each module. These dashboards include self-serving analysis in graphs, pie charts, data tables for getting deeper insights and to take actionable decisions for better productivity and profitability.

Impact

TP & DCR:

Our team of data experts uploads their given data of one year of TP which reflects on the DCR while the reps submit their call.

Availability Stock Audit:

Gathering real-time stock details where the number of stocks in the retail pharmacies can be known along with quantity.

Retail Chemist Prescription Audit:

RCPA takes the competitor's info for the pre-defined product planned. It auto-populates the competitor company info on the selection of the product database. With the fields of Inventory Quantity, Price to Patient, Price to Retailer, and Average sales of it.

Marketing Activities:

Each territory demands different marketing activities to be conducted for the clinical trials. And SANeForce has done it precisely for the camps, CME, RTM, and Conferences with the promo inputs. Retrieve dashboards of data table planned vs actual vs completed marketing activities on the go.

Survey:

While in Survey Modules, mapping with specific Dr. Speciality, category, and segmentation is possible. Get reports on the Joint work vs individual call reporting and inclusion of the additional call reporting known as Group call analysis.

Order-booking cycle:

Through Product Order Booking(POB), when the sales/medical delegates take orders from chemists a previous history of orders on his/her last visit is shown(POB History). This POB is categorized into frequently bought products, new products, and top-selling products. While taking orders, Chemists can select the stockiest and the product quantity. The concept of order fulfillment analysis is carried out on the rep’s next visit to keep track of the stock deviation quantity in the pharmacies. On the other hand when the medical delegates take the order; from the stockiest, this order fulfillment concept is not needed as those products directly come from the Shalina warehouse.

Training & Quiz:

A part of our application gives significant importance to the cultivating medical & soft skills of the reps. Immediate reminders and alerts on certain conditions on score posting, and re-test notifications.

Integrations:

Providing seamless integrations to any third-party systems be its integration with ERP or extracting reports from the Business Intelligence tool. The data reports were made very much easier to make informed business decisions via BI tool seamless integration.

Conclusion

The collaboration of both companies continues with a fruitful relationship that lasts longer on fulfilling requirement and SANeForce keeps on point with every deliverable as well.
