The Daily Call Reporting (DCR) and Work Plan Module is a mobile-first solution designed to help pharma field teams plan their day, record every interaction, and report field activity accurately. It standardizes how medical representatives log doctor, chemist, and stockist calls, ensuring that all field activity is planned, compliant, and visible to the head office in real time.

How It Works - Structured Planning to Accurate Reporting

The user starts by selecting the work type and choosing one or more clusters (territories). Only doctors, chemists, and stockists mapped to the selected clusters become accessible, ensuring territory discipline and accurate coverage.

Users can quickly find outlets using smart filters. If an outlet is not visible, it indicates an incorrect cluster selection - reinforcing correct planning.

Before entering a call, users can view doctor profiles and pre-call analysis, including past interactions and engagement history, to plan more effective visits.

Within the call entry, users capture product promotion details, samples, inputs, prescriptions (Rx), and remarks. Total values are calculated automatically for accuracy.

Users can log additional doctor visits at the same location, joint work with managers or interns, product order bookings (POB), and competitive insights.

Calls can be edited even after submission. Once all activities are completed, the day is finalized for complete and accurate reporting.
